Free shipping policy

We offer free shipping on most orders of $150.00 and up with a cubic weight of less than 35 pounds. Free shipping is not valid for remote areas such as Nunavut, Yukon, Northwest Territories, as well as non-metropolitan areas and any other regions dictated by our courier companies. (Purolator/FedEx/UPS). It is also possible to have your order delivered by bus. Please contact us for more details on this.

Any merchandise shipped by Victor Music Center Inc. is not insured. The inherent risks of transportation and delivery are assumed by the customer. For reference only, Purolator and Canada Post insure the merchandise they deliver up to a maximum of $100. Any additional insurance can be purchased by the customer, at their discretion and at the time of placing the order, at an approximate cost of 3.25% of the order value.

Please note that the delivery contract is made once we have delivered the merchandise to the carrier.

To ensure you receive your merchandise as soon as possible, your order may arrive in multiple boxes on different days, but this will not change the cost of your delivery.

Victor Music Center Inc. reserves the right to open product packaging to verify, inspect, or adjust the merchandise if necessary.

These products are offered subject to availability. If Victor Music Center Inc. provides shipping or delivery services, it will strive to ship or deliver any ordered product as quickly as possible and within the specified timeframes, if applicable. However, you acknowledge that Victor Music Center Inc. will not be held responsible for shipping or delivery delays. If delivery is delayed, Victor Music Center Inc. will notify you as soon as possible.
